This gym is home to some of the most wonderful coaches and patrons I've ever been around. Great people with big hearts and skills to match. Everyone does a great job of pushing you to grow while keeping you safe. Very welcoming and … More plenty of opportunity for personal connection and growth. We're all one big family in here.

The coaching staff makes an MMA gym. At union every coach is an expert in his craft and will take their time to build you as a fighter. I would recommend to anyone in the area looking to get into fighting or already has a few seasons under … More their belt.

Coach Sean and all the coaches here at Union Combat are the most passionate, knowledgeable, and caring trainers i have ever had. The coaches truly care about everyone that enters the gym and welcomes everyone as a new member of our family. … More Coach Sean explains everything very well and in a way that you can adapt everything into your own personal style. I've learned more in my 4 months of being here than I did in 10 years of TaeKwonDo at other places.

Head coach Sean is one of the best teachers I've been around. His passion for the things he teaches really shows. His leadership creates a culture that motivates us to be better people. He also has a formula dialed down for extremely … More effective learning. I've seen many people learn super quickly due to his ability to teach and drill. Truly a testament to his ability to teach and articulate. The classes are a lot of fun and relaxed, but don't let that fool you from the impending doom that'll befall your body. Every training partner is also very understanding, more proficient guys will work with newer guys with patience and grace. They're all very welcoming and treat you like family.
